On November 30, Amity University Tashkent participated at “JOB & EDU FEST 2024” held at the Ministry of Digital Technologies
Amity University Tashkent representatives presented programs and new program opportunities. Models of Computer Engineering students' developments were also presented at the fair.
The event was opened by the Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov. In his speech, the Minister emphasized the importance of effectively using existing opportunities in the IT sector, mastering modern technologies, and acquiring new skills for building a successful career. The Minister emphasized that there are ample opportunities for young people to connect their future with IT by making maximum use of the resources available in the sector and the conditions created by the state, and called on everyone to be active in this direction.
More than 50 local and foreign companies participated in the fair, which is being organized by the Ministry of Digital Technologies for the second time this year, with high-paying vacancies.
As part of the fair, presentations were organized with the participation of IT specialists successfully working in the field, and young people were given advice and recommendations on finding their place in the IT labor market, building a career, successfully passing interviews, and the importance of international IT certificates.
