On November 8, Amity University Tashkent hosted a Healthy Food Competition aimed at promoting healthy eating and inspiring students to get creative with nutritious ingredients.
Participants were challenged to create delicious and visually appealing dishes using wholesome ingredients. The emphasis was on nutrition, flavour, and presentation, and students showcased a wide range of inventive recipes, including colourful salads, smoothie bowls, wraps, and unique plant-based dishes.
