Dr. Atul Chauhan – Amity Education Group, President and Chancellor

Dr. Chauhan has been instrumental in building the Amity Education Group and its member institutions right from the beginning. Established over 2 decades ago, Amity today, is home to over 175,000 brilliant students across Pre-nursery to Ph.D. levels pursuing more than 400 Programmes in 60 diverse disciplines. Today the Group comprises of 11 Universities; 26 schools and 13 international campuses.

Mr. Amol Chauhan – “Amity Education Group”, Trustee

He holds degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering & Economics from Harvard University and was the only Candidate selected in Harvard from India in 2008 amongst other top institutions including Stanford, Wharton, Princeton, Northwestern etc.

Mr. Chauhan plays a leading role in managing the Amity Education Group and its member institutions in Indian and Abroad. Established over 2 decades ago, Amity today, is home to over 175,000 brilliant students across Pre-nursery to Ph.D. levels pursuing more than 400 Programmes in 60 diverse disciplines. Today the Group comprises of 11 Universities; 26 schools and 13 international campuses around the world.

As Senior Vice President at Amity Capital Ventures, Mr. Chauhan manages the venture fund working closely with Amity Innovation Incubator and has more than 50 investments across various sectors including Edtech, Medtech, Virtual Reality, E-Commerce.

He has extensive experience in Venture Capital and Investment Banking with focus on Leveraged Buyout Transactions across sectors including Consumer / Retail, Technology, Media & Telecom as well as Industrials in New York, USA and London, UK.

Mr. Abdullaev Bobur – Director

Young, ambitious, perspective specialist in the sphere of digital technologies – Mr. Bobur Abdullaev has worked as a head of several departments of the current Ministry for development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a Deputy Director of the Uzinfocom centre for development ICT sphere in Uzbekistan.

During his work as a government official he participated in the creation of interactive government services, development of E-Government, E-commerce projects and participated with his team on the opening and developing of such huge projects as Presidental and Governmental portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He has more than 14 years of experience in the field of digital technologies and education.

In 2019 he was one of the initiators to open the Amity University’s branch in Tashkent as the first Indian university branch in Central Asia. Under his leadership Amity University in Tashkent began to cooperate with more than 80 organizations and companies of Uzbekistan for further stimulation and employment of the students and gradutes.

Dr. Naina Chaudhary – First Deputy Director

Dr. Naina, with her vast experience of over two decades, serves as the first Deputy Director at Amity University in Tashkent. Her role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing academic programs, managing examinations, coordinating accreditation and rankings, and handling international affairs.

Her PhD from Amity University on "Faculty Competencies & Student Learning Outcomes" under the supervision of Dr. Balvinder Shukla, the Vice Chancellor of Amity University, has added substantial value to her expertise in the education sector. She has been instrumental in establishing outcome assessment processes, ensuring that the educational outcomes align with the university's academic goals.

As a key member of the University Accreditation & Ranking team, Dr. Naina has played a crucial role in achieving accreditation from respected bodies like WASC, NAAC, and the Quality review by QAA. She has also been involved in program-level accreditations, including IACBE, ACBSP, and IET, showcasing her comprehensive understanding of quality standards in higher education.

Her contributions extend beyond administrative reforms. Dr. Naina has chaired numerous IEEE conferences, providing a platform for academic discourse and technological advancements.

Mr. Furkat Mukhiddinov – Deputy Director-Administration

Mr. Furkat Mukhiddinov got his bachelor's degree from the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent in 2013 and his master's degree from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies in 2016, specializing in banking, finance and marketing. He began his professional career as an Accountant of the 1st category of the Uzbektelecom company, worked as a Specialist and Head of the Marketing Department of the East Telecom company and Head of the Industry Collaboration Department of Amity University in Tashkent.

He has such key skills and competencies as: personnel management, organizing the work of departments, document flow, administrative activities, budgeting, monitoring the execution of orders, interaction with the government authorities, business communications, problem solving skills, stress resistance. His personal qualities include: communication skills, punctuality, organization, responsibility, initiative, business acumen, and the desire for self-development.

In his work, he has established himself as a competent and effective leader, a responsible and executive employee, an initiative and creative specialist, and a person with high business qualities. He has all the necessary skills and competencies to successfully perform the tasks assigned to the Deputy Director-Administration.

Mr. Furkat Mukhiddinov is an experienced leader with higher education and rich professional experience in the field of management, marketing and administrative activities.
