Dr. Chauhan has been instrumental in building the Amity Education Group and its member institutions right from the beginning. Established over 2 decades ago, Amity today, is home to over 175,000 brilliant students across Pre-nursery to Ph.D. levels pursuing more than 400 Programmes in 60 diverse disciplines. Today the Group comprises of 11 Universities; 26 schools and 13 international campuses.

Under Dr Chauhan’s leadership, Amity has undertaken innumerable initiatives, right from bringing in world class infrastructure, academic standards, faculty and pedagogy to creating a deep-rooted culture of research and innovation. Dr. Chauhan’s has been instrumental in expanding Amity’s global footprint and establishing Amity as a leading Global Education Group with campuses across Tashkent, London, Singapore, Dubai, New York, San Francisco, Abu Dhabi, Mauritius, Sharjah, Amsterdam, South Africa, besides India.

For his work on internationalization of Education, Dr. Chauhan was conferred the Global Leadership Award at the India-UAE Partnership Summit organized by the India and UAE Governments.

Furthermore, Dr. Chauhan has been conferred with several prestigious awards instituted by leading publications and news channels like The Economic Times and News 24 and featured on the cover of leading international magazines like Forbes

He holds degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering & Economics from Harvard University and was the only Candidate selected in Harvard from India in 2008 amongst other top institutions including Stanford, Wharton, Princeton, Northwestern etc.

Mr. Chauhan plays a leading role in managing the Amity Education Group and its member institutions in Indian and Abroad. Today the Group comprises of 11 Universities; 26 schools and 13 international campuses around the world.

As Senior Vice President at Amity Capital Ventures, Mr. Chauhan manages the venture fund working closely with Amity Innovation Incubator and has more than 50 investments across various sectors including Edtech, Medtech, Virtual Reality, E-Commerce.

He has extensive experience in Venture Capital and Investment Banking with focus on Leveraged Buyout Transactions across sectors including Consumer / Retail, Technology, Media & Telecom as well as Industrials in New York, USA and London, UK.

Mr. Shukhrat Sattorov studied at the Faculty of International Journalism of the Uzbek State University of World Languages, the Faculty of Mass Communications and Journalism of the University of Pune, Republic of India, and the Faculty of Government, Business and Entrepreneurship of Yonsei University, South Korea, for a master's degree.

As a civil servant, Mr. Sh. Sattorov has nearly 15 years of experience, working in the fields of youth, education, and digital technologies. He also conducts scientific research in the areas of skills-based education management and the implementation of the “E-government” system.

Mr. Sh. Sattorov worked as the Director of the Republican Education Center under the Ministry of Preschool and School Education in 2020-2023, contributing to the introduction of modern educational standards, textbooks and methodology in secondary schools. He also worked as the Director of the Center for the Development of Digital Education under the Ministry of Digital Technologies in 2023-2025. During his work at the center, he participated in the implementation of major projects aimed at training personnel for the field of digitalization, such as “Successors of Muhammad al-Khwarizmi”, “One Million Uzbek Coders”, and “IT-City”.

In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Sh. Sattorov is also engaged in literary and artistic activities. In particular, his book "We Will Win: The Secrets of Success and a Decent Life" for young people in the field of personal development, as well as a number of translations of international literature, are popular among Uzbek book lovers.

Dr. Naina, with her vast experience of over two decades, serves as the first Deputy Director at Amity University in Tashkent. Her role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing academic programs, managing examinations, coordinating accreditation and rankings, and handling international affairs.

Her PhD from Amity University on "Faculty Competencies & Student Learning Outcomes" under the supervision of Dr. Balvinder Shukla, the Vice Chancellor of Amity University, has added substantial value to her expertise in the education sector. She has been instrumental in establishing outcome assessment processes, ensuring that the educational outcomes align with the university's academic goals.

As a key member of the University Accreditation & Ranking team, Dr. Naina has played a crucial role in achieving accreditation from respected bodies like WASC, NAAC, and the Quality review by QAA. She has also been involved in program-level accreditations, including IACBE, ACBSP, and IET, showcasing her comprehensive understanding of quality standards in higher education.

Her contributions extend beyond administrative reforms. Dr. Naina has chaired numerous IEEE conferences, providing a platform for academic discourse and technological advancements.

Mr. Furkat Mukhiddinov got his bachelor's degree from the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent in 2013 and his master's degree from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies in 2016, specializing in banking, finance and marketing. He began his professional career as an Accountant of the 1st category of the Uzbektelecom company, worked as a Specialist and Head of the Marketing Department of the East Telecom company and Head of the Industry Collaboration Department of Amity University in Tashkent.

He has such key skills and competencies as: personnel management, organizing the work of departments, document flow, administrative activities, budgeting, monitoring the execution of orders, interaction with the government authorities, business communications, problem solving skills, stress resistance. His personal qualities include: communication skills, punctuality, organization, responsibility, initiative, business acumen, and the desire for self-development.

In his work, he has established himself as a competent and effective leader, a responsible and executive employee, an initiative and creative specialist, and a person with high business qualities. He has all the necessary skills and competencies to successfully perform the tasks assigned to the Deputy Director-Administration.

Mr. Furkat Mukhiddinov is an experienced leader with higher education and rich professional experience in the field of management, marketing and administrative activities. He confidently uses his knowledge and experience to achieve the goals of the university, striving to create comfortable working conditions for employees and fruitful learning for students.
