During the excursion, participants had the opportunity to closely explore the museum’s exhibitions dedicated to one of the most tragic periods in the history of Uzbekistan. On May 5, the 3rd International English Olympiad – 2026 was successfully held at Amity University in Tashkent.

The Olympiad brought together talented young participants, providing them with a dynamic platform to demonstrate their English proficiency, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Structured across four competitive stages, the competition challenged participants through engaging and rigorous tasks, allowing them to showcase their full potential.

On 16 April 2026, Amity University in Tashkent successfully hosted the International Conference on Smart Management, Economics and Tourism (SMART-MET 2026) in collaboration with the international scientific journal Science and Innovation.

The conference focused on emerging trends in tourism, management, and economics, with special emphasis on smart technologies, innovative management practices, marketing strategies, and the startup ecosystem. Key scientific and practical issues were discussed through insightful presentations and academic sessions.

MEETING WITH THE PROSECUTOR OF TASHKENT CITY

On the occasion of "Youth Day", on April 2, a dialogue was held at Amity University with the Tashkent City Prosecutor, youth of the Shaykhantohur district, and university students.

The team of Amity University in Tashkent is visiting local schools to engage talented students and encourage their participation in the International Ideathon 2026.

During the visits, students are being introduced to the Ideathon format, the opportunities it offers, and how innovative ideas can be developed and presented. The sessions also include open discussions with students, where their ideas and initiatives are welcomed and supported.

The outreach visit of the team from Amity University in Tashkent to the Bukhara region is currently in progress.

Winner of AUT 1st International IT Olympiad Admitted to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

One of the participants of the 1st International IT Olympiad, organized by Amity University in Tashkent in 2025, Asilbek Sunnatov, has been admitted to one of the world’s most prestigious universities — the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) — on a full scholarship.
