Amity University in Tashkent (AUT) was founded and started its first academic year in 2019 in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 7, 2019 DP-4097 “On the establishment of Amity University in Tashkent.” The university was created in cooperation with Amity University Noida, India, and today the university has more than 700 students studying in various fields.
Amity University in Tashkent offers career-oriented educational programs in various areas of higher education, including information technology, computer engineering, economics, business and tourism administration, at the levels of basic education, undergraduate and postgraduate. Graduates are awarded an international diploma of Amity University Noida, which is recognized as a document of higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
To date, the university has signed memorandums of understanding with more than 80 partner organizations with which effective cooperative relationships have been established. Career-oriented and student-friendly conferences, master classes and seminars are regularly organized with partner organizations.
The educational programs offered by the university are industry-oriented. Before each academic year, Advisory Boards are held with the participation of heads of partner organizations, and according to the proposals made, the university adapts its educational programs to the needs of the time.
