On November 8, Amity University Tashkent hosted a Healthy Food Competition aimed at promoting healthy eating and inspiring students to get creative with nutritious ingredients.
👉🏼 Participants were challenged to create delicious and visually appealing dishes using wholesome ingredients. The emphasis was on nutrition, flavour, and presentation, and students showcased a wide range of inventive recipes, including colourful salads, smoothie bowls, wraps, and unique plant-based dishes.
The dishes were judged by a panel that included nutrition experts, chefs, and faculty members. Each dish was evaluated based on criteria such as nutritional value, creativity, taste, and overall presentation. The judges commended the participants for their creativity and attention to health-conscious choices.
The event concluded with an awards ceremony, where the top three contestants were recognized for their exceptional culinary skills and innovative recipes.
The Healthy Food Competition successfully fostered a spirit of health and creativity on campus, inspiring students to prioritize nutritious eating.
