The 1st day of the conference started with a speech of the Director of Amity University Tashkent, marked by the importance of the event. AUT MUN consists of 6 Committees – General Assembly, Security Council, Human Rights Council, International Labor Organization, World Tourism Organization and Councils against Discrimination against Women, 200 students from higher education institutions, schools and lyceums are taking part in this conference.

Amity University Dubai hosted visit of the delegation of Republic of Uzbekistan led by the Minister of Digital Technologies
Amity Dubai conferred “Honorary Doctorate” upon Hon’ble Minister Mr. Sherzod Khotamovich Shermatov for his contribution in the upliftment of IT education in Uzbekistan. The title was awarded by Amity University President and Chancellor Mr. Atul Chauhan and Senior Vice-President Mr. Amol Chauhan in the presence of more than 200 Amity University professors and staff. During this prestigious event, Prof. Soumitra Dutta, Dean of Business School of Oxford University was also conferred upon the title of "Honorary Professor" by Amity University Dubai.
