On November 28, Advisor to the Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Akihiro Sakurai visited Amity University Tashkent
The visit began with a warm welcome from the university leadership, followed by an overview of Amity’s commitment to innovative education and its efforts to integrate digital technologies into the academic experience.
The advisor was given a comprehensive campus tour, discussed potential partnerships, including internship opportunities for students and and joint research programs focused on digital transformation
A roundtable discussion was held with faculty members, students, and university administrators. Topics included:
• The role of digital technologies in enhancing educational outcomes.
• Opportunities for collaboration between Amity and the Ministry of Digital Technologies.
• Strategies to prepare students for the evolving digital landscape.
«The integration of technology in education is pivotal for the development of future leaders in the digital economy,» said the advisor.
