On March 7, Amity University Tashkent resonated with the spirit of empowerment as the University community came together to celebrate International Women's Day
The day commenced with a warm welcome from a university representative, highlighting Amity's commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where women can thrive. Throughout the event, various activities served to acknowledge the significant contributions of women in diverse fields:
Inspiring Talks: 6 Esteemed guest speakers, including prominent women leaders, entrepreneurs, and academics, shared their journeys, challenges overcome, and invaluable advice, igniting a spark of inspiration within the audience.
Panel Discussion on: “Count Her In: Accelerating Gender Equality Through Economic Empowerment”, which explored themes of gender equality, leadership development, and breaking glass ceilings. These interactive sessions provided a platform for open dialogue and the exchange of powerful ideas.
Awards, quizzes, fun games, and events were also organized in honour of the International Holiday of March 8th.
